Speaker: Council reduction saves no money

WINDOW ROCK — When the Navajo people voted to reduce the Navajo Nation Council from 88 to 24 members, they were under the mistaken impression that there would be some cost savings, but that has proved to be untrue, Speaker Johnny Naize said.
